Indigo Swallow is one of the most luxurious rental homes in Grenada.
Situated on Prickly Bay on Lance Aux Epines beach, this spacious property consists of three bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms are in the main house with the third in the guest cottage. The lower floor of the guest cottage is furnished
and can accommodate extra single beds, should additional accommodation be required. All bedrooms open onto the pool
deck of the infiniti pool with a Gazebo equipped with a bar and barbecue pit. The Gazebo is furnished for outside dining as an
option to the dining / living room in the main house.
The property is new, having been completed in September 2000 and features:
- The master bathroom, equipped with a whirlpool and shower enclosure with body sprays.
- The second bathroom in the main house equipped with a shower enclosure fitted with body sprays.
- The guest cottage bathroom is also fitted with a whirlpool.
Off the living / dining room is a powder room and study. In the study is a pull-out sofa providing sleeping accommodation
for additional persons. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, washing machine, dryer, counter top grill, oven and
microwave.
| The property carries a two car garage,
and an emergency generator that is automatically powered on in the event of a main power failure.
The staff is trained by the Calabash Hotel which is known for its superb service and fine dining.
Baby-sitting can also
be arranged. Special arrangements can be made with Calabash Hotel should one of their chefs be required for a special
