Villa Bee

The entrance to the villa gives on to a delightful, semi-shaded courtyard comprising a swimming pool, breakfast area, and lush tropical plants.

The three bedrooms, leading out to the courtyard, have beautiful sea views. Each has a four-poster bed, and its own bathroom with shower.

The large living and dining area, furnished with antique and West Indian furniture, leads onto a long verandah which looks over green lawns to the sea.

There is a fully-fitted kitchen, with separate utility area and laundry yard.

Veronica, Villa Bee's smiling, extremely accomplished cook/housekeeper, prepares sumptuous meals six days a week; everything from lasagna and creme caramel to all the West Indian dishes. When both villas are taken, additional staff is taken on six days a week. Service charges are not included, so please reward staff for service.

The award-winning, 1.5 acre garden invites one to enjoy its wide variety of indigenous plants, and provides a haven for tropical birds.

Across the garden there is a cottage (Villa Mouse) consisting of a sitting room with two single beds as couches, a bedroom with an antique, four-poster double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, verandah and garden picnic area.

A car is essential, but not included. Assistance with car hire is available if required.

Although swimming in front of the villa is not recommended, there is safe bathing within walking distance. Other beaches, such as the famed Grand Anse, can be found 15 minutes' drive away.
