Whilst enjoying a peaceful countryside setting, there are many pretty local beaches within walking distance. The house has the most superb views overlooking the turquoise blue Caribbean inlet of Egmont Harbour. You will enjoy relaxing on the balcony, watching the beautiful sunsets over Calivigny Island. In contrast, a short picturesque walk takes you to the rugged coastline of Fort Jeudy point.

The house is approximately 20 minutes' drive from Point Salines airport. The same distance takes you to the capital St George's, said to have the most beautiful harbour in the entire Caribbean. Only 15 minutes' drive away is the spectacular world famous Grand Anse Beach.

The villa has a light and airy atmosphere, taking every advantage of the lovely breeze. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with king-size bed, the other with two singles, 2 shower rooms, one ensuite, a spacious lounge which has three double doors opening onto the balcony and incorporates an open plan kitchen with coffee grinder, kettle, fridge, cooker and washing machine. A cassette player is available for your use. There is maid service 2 days per week.
